I am 45 and I have never had surgery in my life. I was nervous about getting a major surgery especially since it would be elective. Dr. Fryer made me feel like I was in good hands with how detailed he was in his approach. I talked with a lot of women who have had breast augmentations and none of them seemed to have had doctors that were as meticulous as Dr. Fryer. The difference is in the many little details that Dr. Fryer does that set him apart from his counterparts. From the way he had me prep for surgery, to the kind of silicon gel he gave me for scars, to the kind of pain meds he prescribed, to the bra he had me wear, and so much more…each little thing I believe made such a difference in my experience being perfect. All my friends who went to other doctors told me to be prepared to be in bed for several days, but I felt great the same day. They were all in awe that I was not in bed miserable. I was working right after surgery. I felt like a had maybe done a chest work out but that was it. No real pain ever. And I did not even have to take the alternative pain medication he gave me incase of real pain. I just took the every 12 hour medication and Tylenol.
He is very precise and methodical. He went through all the things that could go wrong and was very realistic about expectations. He did not make me feel like I was being cranked through a factory and that he has done this thousands of times even though he has. He took so many measurements from all angles with different instruments to make sure the plan he was creating would be perfect for my body. Plus his nurse was very patient with me while I tried on the different implants for the lift and then tried them on again even after we signed off on what I wanted. The whole staff including the surgical staff could not have been nicer.
It has been almost 8 weeks now and my results are perfect and I could not be more pleased.
